Yes, it is safe to order from thallo.com. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server. At Thallo we respect your privacy, and we will only disclose your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Orders can be placed from all countries and using the same ordering process.

Through internet banking, prior to the shipment of your order. Once you have made your purchase, you will receive an order statement from the purchases you have made and details to send money through your banking institution with order id.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Your order will be shipped:

  • By regular post
  • Within 3-5 business days of your purchase
  • Using Australia Post tracking so you will need to sign for delivery

We do not charge for this service.

INTERNATIONAL

Our standard charge is $45.

Countries outside Australia will receive orders in approximately 14 working days. Sometimes a shipment may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs.

This postage charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by the country where the order originated. You are responsible for payment of these charges.

If the items ordered are available, we ship them in the next 2 business days.

If the items ordered are not available, we special order it for you.

These orders take about 5-15 business days to be made and prepared for shipping, which should be added to the following shipping services :

Standard Shipping (Melbourne) 1–3 business days

Standard Shipping (International) business 5–15 days

Note: When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Upon receipt of your order an acknowledgment will be emailed to you to the address you have provided. Please keep this email, it contains your order reference number which you may need at a later. A separate shipment notification will be emailed to you upon order dispatch. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us using this form.

Yes, we deliver orders to a shipping address different than the billing address. This way our customers are able to send our products as a gift. In addition, our customer service representative may contact you by phone and require additional information.

All jewellery are placed in velvet green cases and the decorative items, in beige thick paperboard boxes beautifully wrapped with Thallo ribbon. Every Thallo item is accompanied with its packaging which is included in the price of the product.

Every Thallo product is given with a warranty that shows the authenticity of the product. Moreover, all of our jewels have the corporate signal in the back side.

Thallo offers a two-year warranty for products purchased from authorized stores and the official Thallo websites. The warranty covers any damage that is not caused by accident, improper use and attempted repair. In order your Thallo products to retain their beauty, you can read our care tips. The warranty is not extra charged.

Yes, GST that it is valid in the specific period is included in the retail price.

We use gold, silver, rhodium, palladium and copper. For the gold plating, 24 carat  gold is used and for the silver plating 1000 ○  silver. All accessories are silver and rhodium plated. Thallo products are nickel free.

Send an email to our customer service department using the following form. Please provide contact information and a detailed description of what is wrong with the product.

Silver should be kept absolutely dry. Exposure to chemical products, polluted air and perfumes must be avoided. For further protection it is preferable to keep your jewellery in different cases, those that we offer you along with the product. To clean them, you can use a soft cloth and rub the surface. Caution: no polishing pastes must be used because there is a risk that the item or jewellery will become matte. For further information visit “customer service”.

Yes, you can! 1. You can send us an email with your drawing and precise specifications. 2. You can visit the nearest Thallo store and draw your own jewel with the help of our assistants.
