The definitive AI andautomation partner forgrowing service businesses.

Systems made to give you and your team time back.

What we see

People come to us with a symptom, not a brief. They commonly feel the pressure in these areas.

Repetitive work

Admin, follow-up and reports still done by hand.

Decisions

More time deciding what to do than doing it.

Handoffs

Work lost between people, inboxes and tools.

Visibility

Information everywhere, and no clear view of it.

AI and Teams

AI already in use, just not evenly across the team.

How we work

  1. Review

We map how work actually moves, and where it stops. You leave with the map.

  2. Pilot

Fixed scope, defined period, success criteria agreed before anything starts.

  3. Build

Only what the pilot proved was worth building.

Maintain

The business keeps moving. Rules drift, tools change, volumes shift. This is the work that keeps the system earning.

When you work with Thallo, you work directly with Bradley.

Bradley's background spans sales, marketing, management and admin across multiple industries, giving him firsthand context for the manual work, repetitive drains and small decisions that consume a team's attention.

He maps the process, designs the system and stays with it after handover.

Fair questions

What if we only need one thing fixed?
Then that is the job. The review exists to find out whether one fix is the right size. If it is, we scope it, build it and stop.
What happens when you are not available?
Every automated step has a manual way to do the same job, and your team is shown it, so a bad week never stops the business. That is a safety net. It is not a substitute for keeping the system current.
What if we already have someone technical?
Better. They usually know exactly where the process breaks. We build with them and hand over the rules in writing, so nothing is hidden. We keep it current, so it never becomes one more thing they have to carry.
What if it stops working?
You hear it from us, not from a customer. Monitoring is part of what we maintain, and the fallback is there for the days it matters.

Start with the map.

One conversation about how work actually moves through your business. If there is nothing worth building, we will say so.
