Systems that take themanual work out ofrunning a business.

Practical automation and AI, built around the software you already use, so your team's time goes where it's actually needed.

What we see

People come to us with a symptom, not a brief. They commonly feel the pressure in these areas.

Repetitive work

Admin, follow-up and reports still done by hand.

Decisions

More time deciding what to do than doing it.

Handoffs

Work lost between people, inboxes and tools.

Visibility

Information everywhere, and no clear view of it.

AI and Teams

AI already in use, just not evenly across the team.

How we work

  1. Leak-check

A free call that names the leak, its annual cost in your numbers, and the first system to build.

  2. Pilot

Fixed scope, defined period, success criteria agreed before anything starts.

  3. Build

Only what the pilot proved was worth building.

Maintain

The business keeps moving. Rules drift, tools change, volumes shift. This is the work that keeps the system earning.

What one looks like

The Lead Response & Follow-Up System as Thallo builds it, against how the same enquiry goes without one.

The enquiry arrives

WithoutSunday 7:42pm

It lands in an inbox

One of four and none of them is anybody's job.

WithOn arrival

It lands in one place

Their own words kept untouched. The same person twice is one lead, not two.

Somebody works out what it is

Someone spots it

If they scroll far enough and nobody knows whether the others did.

It gets understood

Summarised in a sentence and scored on rules you set. Unsure? Then a person looks.

Somebody takes it on

WithoutTuesday

A quote goes out

From whoever got there first, with whatever they could find.

WithA minute

It gets an owner

They hear back before they close the tab and it goes to an assigned person on the team.

Nobody replies

WithoutThen nothing

It goes quiet

No reply, no chase, no record that it ever needed one.

It gets chased

Nudged, then escalated to you, then raised again at 14 days.

First reply: the next working day.You never learn which ones you lost, or why.

First reply: under a minute, at any hour.Every enquiry answered and accounted for.

All of it lands wherever you want

One live view of every open enquiry, its owner and its age. Every step stamped and a manual fallback for each one, kept tested.

More about Thallo

Fair questions

What can you actually automate?
More than most people expect. The work does not have to look the same every time. If the process is the same, a system can run it, even when every customer and every answer is different. It can weigh what comes in against rules you set. It can decide what happens next, and put the important things in front of the right person.
Do we need to know what we want built?
No. You tell us what is eating time: a quote that goes out late, an inbox nobody owns, a report done by hand every month. We find what is causing it and tell you what we would build. You do not need a brief, and you do not need the right words for it.
Can you work with our existing tools?
Yes. Almost everything is built around what you already run: your inbox, your CRM, your accounting software, your job sheets. We connect them so information moves itself instead of being retyped. New software only comes in when it genuinely earns its keep.
What happens after launch?
The system is handed over working. Every rule is written down in plain language, and every automated step has a manual backup. From there it is up to you. A business keeps changing, and a system nobody maintains drifts out of step with it. Thallo can stay on it, keeping it current and catching problems before your customers see them.
Who owns what Thallo builds?
The work is built on the tools you already pay for, and it stays yours. Your data and your configured system belong to you from day one.

Start with the leak-check.

A free half-hour call, then a short written read-back: the leak named, the annual figure in your own numbers, and the first system to build. If there is nothing worth building, we will say so.
