- What can you actually automate?
- More than most people expect. The work does not have to look the same every time. If the process is the same, a system can run it, even when every customer and every answer is different. It can weigh what comes in against rules you set. It can decide what happens next, and put the important things in front of the right person.
- Do we need to know what we want built?
- No. You tell us what is eating time: a quote that goes out late, an inbox nobody owns, a report done by hand every month. We find what is causing it and tell you what we would build. You do not need a brief, and you do not need the right words for it.
- Can you work with our existing tools?
